Jamaican Pumpkin Soup

I made some modifications to make it less spicy, keeping flavor. And this is the vegetarian, ital, version. For the girls and myself...
1 pot of water, maybe 6 cups
2 ears if corn, break them into two pieces.
Spinners, dumplings spun into fat ropes, flour and water
Piece of ginger, pinky sized, crushed
Cored, peeled small apple or applesauce 
Piece of acorn squash, butternut squash or Jamaican pumpkin 
Pack of Grace Cock Spicy seasoning, half a pack
Pack of Grace Pumpkin Soup seasoning
Japanese sweet potato, peeled, cut into fat chunks
Fresh thyme, a good size stick with lots of little branches
Added at the end of the boiling, at the begging request of two little people, 2 packs ramen noodles or rice noodles, just the noodles, not the spice
For vitamins, nutritional yeast, getting some b vitamins into these kids.
A little salt and bouillon cube to taste if needed.
