Starting to walk again.

 

I’m recovering nicely. I wish the scale was as nice to me as it was in the beginning. As the docs and nutritionists said would happen, weight loss has stalled. I’m just under 20 pounds down. But I also am not on a diet of protein shakes. I’m in the pureed stage now.

 

I am able to walk 30-40 minutes now. However, after walking I usually pass out in exhaustion for a few hours afterward. I’m getting in about ¼ cup of food or liquid in at a time. I try to keep my diet sugar free, low calorie, and low carbs.

 

I know I have a long road ahead. I probably won’t see the weight loss I want to see for at least a year, a minimum of six months. I have quite a way to go. This is just the beginning.
